PGI remains the leading solutions and services provider in the GCC having grown from its small roots back in Kuwait. Founded in 1997 PGI has evolved from a 1 M investment into a 5 M dollars company. PGI has always been about people and from the early days its success has been achieved trough hard work determination and they have achieved more than was thought possible because of the opportunity the business provided and the support the management gave and still do to this day.

Mr.Nabil Alwaqayan
Owner-CEO Principles Group International

The founder and owner of Principles Group International provided the vision and mission for the group many years ago and has maintained the ethics of the company from the day it was established. With extensive business management experience gained over many years in the GCC and beyond in a multitude of business environments he has continually added to the company with his goal of providing retailers and related service businesses with total retail excellence in the solutions the group provides. Through exceptional management he has developed the PGI team to provide service levels that are uncompromised based on empowerment, competence and expertise at all levels with the objective of exceeding clients expectations every time.

 

Mr. Naser Bahzad
Managing Director

With a career stretching over 26 years in retail gained in the GCC and USA and with a wealth of experience in software solutions including both technical and management implementation he is responsible for the management of all PGI business in all operating countries. He has been the driver of business development and expansion consistently assessing the client’s requirements and providing the solutions that they require both current and future. With his business acumen and wealth of experience he has made a significant contribution to the growth of PGI as a regional business operator across the GCC. With clear vision and focus he has maintained the need for total customer focus and ethical business practice which has been one of the cornerstones of the group’s success over the years.

 

Mr. Ismael Laroa Jr.
Regional Manager
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Ismael Laroa Jr. commenced his career in the Middle East as a database programmer spending in excess of ten years with a major retailer in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He joined Principles Group International as an Implementation Engineer in May 2005 and was then appointed as Assistant IT Manager and subsequently was appointed as IT manager based in Kuwait. Due to continued success and the ability to exceed the client’s requirements he was appointed as Branch Manager and then Assistant Regional Manager. He was responsible for the establishment of GSS for PGI utilizing his wealth of market experience to offer additional products and services that were required by clients. He has recently been appointed as Regional Manager Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he has established the PGI operations and offices providing all clients in the Kingdom with the solutions and services that they require and more.

 

Mr. Anthony Kolodynski
Regional Manager
United Arab Emirates

Anthony joined PGI as Regional Manager for the UAE and Oman on March 1st 2009. He has overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the Dubai office and for business growth. Previously, Anthony enjoyed a successful sales & marketing career in the UK and Europe, with leading IT vendors such as Clearswift Corporation and Pervasic Ltd. Most recently, he worked in management consultancy with the Corporate Executive Board in  London, providing consultative best-practice research services to C-level Finance & Operations executives at Global 4000 organizations in Europe & South Africa.

Mr. Mohamed Tofaily
Regional Manager
Kuwait

Mohamed Tofaily Joined PGI in April 2009 as Regional Project Manager, becoming the Regional Manager for Kuwait Branch and Development Manager shortly after his arrival with the group. He has extensive experience of software solution provision and technical implementation having been based in the Gulf area as Operations Manager in the field of IT solutions (ERP) for over seven years. He has previous in depth experience of managing the operation cycles of many online trading solutions in the Kuwait Stock Exchange. He has in his capacity as Development Manager been responsible for assisting the development team to provide new products, Retail Business Intelligence & the Integration of Retail Pro with additional financial solutions.

 

Ms. Nila Tadina

Nila Tadina joined Principles Group International in January 2005. She is responsible for the management of the head office based in Kuwait providing the core administration and communication functions of support to both the staff and clients first point of contact. Her experience gained through many businesses and trough her excellent staff management skills provides the group and its clients effective communication and clear understanding with the objective of exceeding the clients expectations and providing them with solutions as they require. Her professional and thorough approach has contributed to the success of the company and also provided great benefit to PGI clients over the years.

 

Mr. Nadir Firfire
Assistant Regional Manager
PGI Kuwait

Nadir Firfire has gained substantial experience of IT solutions and is responsible for the sales of Retail Pro, Payroll Systems, Biometrics and Access Control Systems. His responsibilities include sales plans and implementation plans for our products. He also provides consultancy for system implementation for Access Controls, Biometrics and Payroll Solutions and providing technical consultancy for the same.
